Susannah is responsible for research and analysis for Brodie, working closely with the leadership team to deliver top-quality work for our clients.
She graduated from University College London in September 2018 with an MSc in Anthropology, Environment, and Development. Her first degree was an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds.
Susannah is particularly interested in how businesses can facilitate the transition to a low carbon economy, as well as help tackle environmental and labour issues within their supply chains. She enjoys combining legal research with social and natural science approaches to get a better understanding of the actions and effects of environmental policies, global legislation, and current trends on businesses.
Recent research projects include work on transformative justice approaches to women’s rights and fieldwork experience in western Ireland on the impacts of European legislation on the use of traditional solid fuels.
