Sustainable sourcing strategies for key commodities

A world-leading consumer health company faced the challenge of integrating sustainability risks into executable sourcing strategies.

BRODIE worked with the Sustainable Supply team to identify priority materials for sustainable sourcing, with possible actions to implement.

This has enabled them to engage Buying teams in integrating sustainability needs in category sourcing strategies.

BRODIE facilitated strategic sourcing workshops with category procurement teams to initiate this process.

Supplier sustainability performance management tool

A major global snacking brand - BRODIE supported with the development of a bespoke sustainability Supplier Performance Management (SPM) tool.

This work evolved from proof-of-concept development through extensive stakeholder engagement to developing a scoring methodology and dashboard concepts. The team worked with third-party developers to create an interactive tool with a supplier interface, which was integrated into the SPM suite of tools.

This has enabled the company to gather holistic, comparable information on supplier performance to better focus resources and collaboration for impact
