BRODIE’s Climate experience

Climate transition planning

BRODIE has been supporting Bauer since mid-2025 to develop its internal climate transition plan.

We interrogated their carbon footprint to advise where more granular and accurate data should be prioritised, developed an exhaustive list of decarbonisation levers and created a dynamic model to quantify the emissions impact of implementing levers individually and collectively. We are now supporting them to engage business units.

This has enabled Bauer to create a credible implementation plan to reach its climate targets.

Climate Collaboration Group

BRODIE worked closely with PepsiCo to develop and implement a Climate Collaboration Group, bringing together key strategic suppliers to collectively explore decarbonisation opportunities across the value chain.

We convened a supplier summit to collaboratively identify decarbonisation initiatives with the potential to also drive cost savings. We then worked with PepsiCo to develop the most promising ideas, several of which are now being operationalised.

This is helping PepsiCo to reduce Scope 3 emissions while simultaneously strengthening strategic supplier relationships.
