Location: London, Kings Cross

Hours: Full time (40-hour week with minimum three days/week in the office)

About The Analyst Role

We’re looking for an Analyst to join our team. You will have a genuine passion for making a difference and a desire to work with the business world to achieve that. You will be interested and inquisitive, have excellent communications skills and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Analysts are an integral part of the BRODIE team, working on UK and international client projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be working on a range of strategy, engagement, communications, and operational projects for UK-based and international clients. Key responsibilities would include:

1.Client project delivery (80%)

  • Conducting desk-research on sustainability trends and innovations

  • Competency with analysing quantitative data and information

  • Writing briefing papers for clients on key topics

  • Supporting the creation of training and engagement programmes

  • Managing project timelines and workflows

  • Managing agendas and minutes for client meetings

  • Crunching numbers and datasets, making sense of complex information and hunting down the most salient facts.

2. Business Development (5%)

  • Supporting on the development of project pitches and proposals

3. Knowledge management and continuous learning (10%)

  • Sharing research and insights with the wider team

  • Preparing presentations, research materials and written reports

4.  Organisational Management (5%)

  • Support operation of projects in line with the BRODIE processes and systems

  • Attend BRODIE team meetings and training, project updates and trainings

 

 

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have the desire to be part of a fast-growing company and have relevant work experience, ideally with knowledge and experience of the sustainability sector.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience of research, data analysis, information synthesis and excellent communication skills.

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level

  • Good knowledge of issues surrounding environmental and social topics. Examples of topics may include climate change, nature, human rights, DE&I.

  • Skilled in building trust with colleagues and clients

  • Understanding of, and keen to collaborate in the challenges and opportunities of working as a team player in a fast-paced, growing company.

  • Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 - dependent on experience
